His leadership has spanned acclaimed brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Choice Hotels, and Wyndham, where he developed a deep expertise in hotel operations, guest experience, and portfolio growth. Israel is committed to delivering excellence across every property he oversees.
Amanda Hawkins-Vogel
Managing Director
With three decades of international hospitality experience across Asia, Australia, and the U.S., Amanda most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Twenty Four Seven Hotels. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations with Crescent Hotels & Resorts and Vice President of Operations with Sage Hospitality. Additionally, she held hotel-level leadership positions with Hilton Worldwide, Shangri-La Hotels, Waldorf Astoria Naples, and several luxury independent properties.
Sid Kraus

Sid is an experienced hospitality executive with a proven track record in hotel management, operations, and strategic leadership. He works closely with property teams to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, enhance guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence. His expertise spans hotel operations, sales and marketing, revenue management, construction and renovation management, technology systems, and team development. Sid has successfully led hotels through property improvement projects, operational enhancements, and technology implementations while maintaining a strong focus on service quality, employee engagement, and achieving ownership objectives. His collaborative leadership style and ability to align multiple departments have consistently delivered strong financial and operational results.

Vice President of Operations
Esther Litwack serves as Vice President of Operations at Mountainview Hotel Group, bringing 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She is known for her strength in hotel operations, executive management, and her ability to build and lead effective teams. Esther is dedicated to driving operational excellence and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Reynaldo Ramirez
Vice President of Commercial Strategy
Reynaldo J. Ramirez, Jr. is a hospitality executive with more than 30 years of experience driving revenue growth and asset performance for leading hotel brands, including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Accor, Choice Hotels, Best Western, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Pyramid Hotel Group.
He has led commercial strategy, hotel openings, repositionings, and multi-property portfolios across the United States, Caribbean, Mexico, and South America. Reynaldo holds an MBA from Barry University and is recognized for delivering sustainable growth and profitability.
Shiraz Ali
Director of Finance
Shiraz Ali is an experienced hospitality executive specializing in hotel finance, operations, and asset management. With a strong background in financial planning, cash flow management, and performance optimization, he has successfully supported the growth and profitability of multiple hotel properties. Shiraz is known for his strategic approach, operational expertise, and commitment to delivering strong results for ownership groups and management teams.
Kim Ratcliffe
Director of Human Resources
With twenty-five years of combined consulting and senior level human resources experience, Kim Ratcliffe is a global HR leader who partners with senior executives to enhance organizational design and effectiveness, aligning closely with the strategy and culture of the business. Her expertise spans Strategic Business Partnership, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Global HR, M&A, and Project Management.
Kim is actively involved in the local SHRM branch (LSHRM) and has previously served as a board member for both LSHRM and Cincinnati's local SHRM chapter. She earned an OD certification from USC Marshall School of Business and is a Certified Professional with HRCI, holding a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Kim completed her undergraduate and MBA degrees at Xavier University
